ONLINE COACHING & Training

We offer monthly ONLINE Coaching & Training services for endurance sports, adventures and general wellness. Whether you are focused on Health & Fitness or multi day adventures, we will guide you down the right path. Some of the sports we coach are ultra running, trail running, cycling, mountain biking, triathlon, adventures and the business athlete.

These are highly individualized training plans that are strategically integrated with your day to day lifestyle for maximum effectiveness and adherence to your schedule. We will get to know you through questionnaires, athlete profiles, training history, assessments and the rapport we develop together from phone consults, remote coaching sessions, emails, video chat, etc.

The more we learn about you, the more focused and effective your training will be. We design and plan your weekly, monthly and annual training based on your goals, training time availability, stress levels, sleep patterns, exercise history, as well as your injury and health profile. We also address compensations, imbalances and injuries as needed with a corrective and functional strength training component. The goal is for you to become a more resilient, knowledgeable and a complete athlete for life and the adventures ahead.

How it Works

  • Plans are month to month with no start up fee. Once you select your coach / trainer and subscribe, you will be directed to a welcome page where you will find a few questionnaires to fill out. Take your time filling these out and be thorough.

  • We will create a Training Peaks account for you if you don't already have one. If you do have an account, we will send you a request to attach your athlete account with your coach. You will receive this through an email or notification. Training Peaks is application where you will find your scheduled and completed workouts.

  • Each week you will fill out a TTA Form (training time availability) for your coach. This ensures your training schedule matches your availability and is balanced properly with your day. Your schedule is continually refined based on your feedback and analysis of your completed workouts.

  • We will look over and analysis the data that you upload to Training Peaks and the questionnaires that you filled out. This can take a couple of days to go through before schedules are initially updated.

  • Each morning you will receive an email with your workouts. You can also view your training schedule at TrainingPeaks.com or through the TP app on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Stay in touch with your coach through email, messaging, phone or video chat. Record yourself performing exercises and movements, then send it to your coach for constructive feedback.

  • Purchase the recommended strength & conditioning equipment your coach advises you on.

  • Complete the scheduled workouts.

  • Enjoy the Adventure!

Coaching Tier 1

Tier 1 is for the athlete that is looking for feedback and guidance with their endurance based training. This is great for the beginner or experienced athlete that is looking for proper scheduling, analysis and regular feedback. Whether your goal is in ultra endurance, trail running, mountain biking, gravel riding, hiking, backpacking, etc. we can help!

Coaching & Training Tier 2

Tier 2 is for the athlete looking to learn more about their training and take it to the next level. This includes a movement screen, strength & conditioning program and sport specific training plan. You will also meet with your coach 1x per month to learn the exercises and movements within your program. We will cover everything from exercise form, movement quality, self massage, mobility, balance, corrective exercise, breathing, etc. to ensure that you are moving well and on the right path.

  • No start up fee | month to month

  • A fully customized sport specific training program

  • Includes strength & mobility workouts that are individualized based off of your movement screens and assessments.

  • Daily & weekly workout reviews, with unlimited schedule adjustments.

  • 1 monthly Remote Personal Training / Q&A Session up to 60 minutes each.

  • Unlimited text & email communication with 24 hour response time.

  • Training Peaks basic account.

Coaching & Training Tier 3

Tier 3 is a great option for the athlete that is looking for realtime feedback, guidance and corrections on their training form and movement patterns. This includes 2 live remote video training calls with your coach each month. Whether your someone that has limited time or has been hampered by pain and injuries, we will create a fully integrated corrective exercise, strength & conditioning and sport specific plan that is built in support of your goals and available time to train.

  • A fully customized sport specific training program

  • Includes strength & mobility workouts that are individualized based off of your movement screens and assessments.

  • Daily & weekly workout reviews, with unlimited schedule adjustments.

  • 2 monthly Remote Personal Training / Q&A Sessions up to 60 minutes each.

  • Unlimited text, email, voice/video calls with your coach.

  • Training Peaks basic account.

Coaching & Training Tier 4

Tier 4 has you meeting with your coach each week via a remote video training call. Your coach will take you through your scheduled training, ensuring that you are getting the most out of your workout. Exercise form and executing the variables of your scheduled strength workouts, corrective exercise and functional movements, safely & correctly, is essential. Little tweaks and adjustments to your form can make all of the difference in the world to whether you're achieving the intended benefit, and obtaining your desired results.
