If your sleep is not optimal, you have poor digestive health, impaired movement & mobility, poor & compensated posture, hydration inadequate, stress mismanaged, eating a diet that's not write for you, etc, it will be difficult for you to thrive day to day and reach your potential, physically, mentally & emotionally.
