Morning UPHILL Session

With avalanche dangers continuing to be high throughout the Colorado backcountry, we have kept our ski days to the Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort. This has been a great alternative to the backcountry and has allowed us to continue to learn and refine our uphill technique. Downhill is a different story but it is coming along...slowly.

I am a morning person. Every day I wake up around 4am. Sometimes it is 3:45 and other days I sleep in until 4:30am. This is decided by my personal training and coaching schedule. So on days when I don't have an early session, I will head out to A-Basin and get in as much vert as I can before the lifts open. We live about 20 minutes away from A-Basin.
